The inertia carrier fluidized bed integrates the technology of inertia carrier and fluidization drying in its one body and is a new style, high efficiency, energy saving and combined drying equipment that can finish crushing, drying and grading in a time.
The drying method is that material to be dried will be mixed with heated inertia carrier granule and immerse into the carrier. Rely on surging and stirring of medium with high temperature and high speed to form strong fluidization state of mixture. While the material is crushed, it will be dried and separated too. The qualified finished product will be got.
The material of carrier should be inertia granule that will be both wear resistant and high temperature resistant. In general it is ball, cylinder, block or polyhedron substance such as quartz sand, artificial silicon carbide, fluorine ore sand, fluoro plastic, glass ball, porcelain ball or salts. According to the description of material to be dried and the work condition and through test, the material, shape, size and quantity to be filled can be decided.
The equipment has various types and has unique design and is compact and has high drying rate(36~44kgH2O/m3/h), high thermal efficiency(over60%)and short drying time. Particularly is suitable for drying materials of slurry, paste, suspension liquid and solution, etc. it is mainly used for the production of aniline, active, acidic or azo dyestuff, pigment of oil paint, reagent, catalyst, medicine and foodstuff. |
| Applications |
| Compared with spraying drier, although both requires to equipped with dust removingand heating system, it does not need to equip expensive and complex device in spraying system. Its production capacity of unit volume will be more than 10~15 times. The size of equipment can be reduced to 1/5~3/5. The expanse of equipment and operation is decreased greatly. Therefore it is one of ideal equipment for paste material. |
