Material will be entered into stirring drier through screw conveying device. Hot air will enter into the drier at fed end along with tangential direction and will contact with the crushed material. The material will be dried primary. Under double actions of stirring and air stream, material will be moved towards back and grasped and crushed by stirring claw and carried out heat and mass transmission. In this part, material with enough small will be dried and caught by air stream first. Larger material contains high moisture and stays longer time. Therefore even the temperature of hot air at drying part reaches to 300~500℃the temperature of material is not high. At the back part of drier, acted by double actions of rake and air stream material will enter into swirler along with lifting air stream. The induced supplement at secondary air mouth to make material stay longer time. It will be ten times than that of general straight pipe air stream or pulse air stream. So the rather bigger particles can be fried fully. The dried product will be discharged through discharger at the bottom. The powder dust in waste gases from swirler will be separated by diffusing type cyclone and then discharged by fan. Whole system will be operated by negative pressure.
