| Description |
Fluidizing Drier is also called fluidization bed. Through operation and improvement about twenty years, it has play an active part in fields of pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, grain and so on. It consists of air filter, fluidizing bed, cyclone separator, dust remover of bag, high-speed centrifuge and fan, operation table and so on. Because of the difference of property from raw material, it is necessary to equip dust remover in accordance with practical needs. It may select cyclone separator and dust remover at the same time or one of them. In general speaking, cyclone separator can be selected if the raw material is large and the dust remover of bag may be selected if the raw material is light. Moreover, there is air feeding device for your selection

| Application |
Use screw to extrude and vibrate and granulte granule with the method of humidity, high speed and mixing;
Suitable for drying humidity block or powder raw material in Pharmaceutical, foodstuff, feed, chemical industries and so on fields;
The raw material is large in granule and small in block and having adhesive properly.

| Principle |
When air is purified and heated, it is introduced from the bottom of induced-draft fan and passed through the screen plate of raw material. In working chamber, the state of fluidization is formed through stirring and negative effect. The moisture is evaporated and removed rapidly and the raw material is dried quickly.

| Features |
The structure of fluidization bed is of round so as to avoid dead corner.
Inside the hopper there is discharged through the method or turning over. In this way it is very convenient and full. The discharging system can be designed as request too.
It is operated at the conditions of negative pressure and seal. The air is filtered. Therefore it is simple in operation and convenient in clean. It is an ideal equipment that is in conformity with the requirement of GMP.
The drying speed is fast and the temperature is uniform. In general the drying time is 20~30minutes. |
