Fluidizing Drier is also called fluidization bed. Through operation and improvement about twenty years, it has play an active part in fields of pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, grain and so on. It consists of air filter, fluidizing bed, cyclone separator, dust remover of bag, high-speed centrifuge and fan, operation table and so on. Because of the difference of property from raw material, it is necessary to equip dust remover in accordance with practical needs. It may select cyclone separator and dust remover at the same time or one of them. In general speaking, cyclone separator can be selected if the raw material is large and the dust remover of bag may be selected if the raw material is light. For example, raw medicine, table, Chinese medicine, foodstuff of health protection, drinking, feed, resin, citric acid and other powders. The suitable diameter of raw material will be0.1~6mm. The best diameter of raw material will be 0.5~3mm. |

| Principle |
The clean and hot air enters into fluidization bed through distributor of valve plate. The humidity raw material fed from the feeder forms the boiling state by hot air. Because of the wide contact between hot air and raw materials, the time of drying is short. The air enters form front of bed, boiling in bed several minutes, and float from another of bed. The machine’ works in negative pressure. |
| Explanatin |
| Â All equipment should be level and fixed with foundation screw on the ground. All parts should be sealed well; The fan may be installed at out door or in the special noise silencing room. The plan can be adjusted slightly in accordance with the practical conditions. |
